I started RTI in answer to a burden from the Lord to minister to those who, for one reason or another, have not affiliated themselves with a brick and mortar church. I believe there are many Godly Christians who are in need of a means to worship, fellowship, and learn, under the guidance of ordained leadership, but who have not found a spiritual home to do so. I want RTI to be that home, or at least one of those homes, for these persons and anyone else who is hungry for the word of God.
Like any other such group, we have a published Statement of Faith and I have published my own for all to read. We will not waver from our core beliefs and we will share the Good News according to these beliefs, which are founded upon the teachings of Scripture.
In summary, RTI is a ministry for worship, education, training, and discussion.
